If you are a developer from a country or region where App Hub is available, you may register for an App Hub membership by clicking here. To find out if App Hub is live in your country or region, please refer to the list of countries or regions where payouts are supported found here.
If you are a developer from a country or region where App Hub is unavailable, you may still be able to publish apps to the Windows Phone Marketplace. Global Publishers make it possible for any developer in any country to publish to the Windows Phone Marketplace where the App Hub isn’t directly available yet.
