The Windows Phone Dashboard brings together critical information about your Marketplace apps and your business details, including the download numbers and royalties for published apps, and the status of apps that you’ve submitted to Marketplace but haven't yet published. The Dashboard also provides access to a wealth of performance data and graphical reports, plus app crash details that can help you fine-tune your submissions and to earn more from published applications that you charge money for.
To access your Dashboard from the App Hub home page, sign in, click my dashboard, and then click Windows Phone.
This is where you'll see alerts about items that need your immediate attention. For example, if an app you’ve submitted gets hung up in certification or you need to submit information to GeoTrust for identify verification, you’ll see a notice about that here.
You’ll also see the certification status of every app you’ve submitted. If you've submitted multiple apps, the ones closest to certification will be nearest the bottom of the list. Once an app is published, it no longer appears in this list.
This area shows the payout that Windows Phone Marketplace has paid to you to date, and the date and amount of the most recent payout to your bank account.
In this area you’ll find information about your published applications and their performance relative to each other. You can view your top-performing apps (by number of downloads) and app crash numbers, and click links to see similar information for every one of your published Windows Phone 7 apps.
Clicking on the number next to an app name in the Highlights area opens the app lifecycle page.
Click the “View all” links in this area to open the “My Apps” landing page that provides detailed information about all of your certified (both published and submitted but not yet published) Windows Phone 7 apps. On the My Apps page you can drill down into each app to view downloads, ratings, and other helpful information. Click the name of a published app to open the corresponding app lifecycle page, where you can find all the actions available for that app's current status.
The Reports area shows a chart of the daily downloads for each of your published Windows Phone 7 apps for the past 30 days; click an app tile to open the download report details page for that app.
Click the “View all reports” link in this area to open the report dashboard. Reports can be customized to show app information by country/region, start date, end date, and view (details or summary).
